This website is run by Lynne, a Twilight fan and free-lance event manager. Being a huge Twilight fan, she decided to organise a Twilight
Event for Ireland as something she would attend herself. The main event is happened on Sunday November 15th 2009 at the Crowne Plaza hotel
Northwood, from 12pm - 6pm. Solomon Trimble who appeared in Twilight, will be doing a Q&A and autograph signing. There will also be a
screening of 'Twilight' (2008).
There was a smaller Twilight event in Dublin on October 17th, with food, music and great conversations. The hope is that smaller events
will become regular and in varied locations around Ireland. These are not-for-profit events and run with the knowledge of E1 entertainment.

The Irish Twilight Sisters is run by Bee, a housewife in her (very) early thirties. She is a fanatic Twilight Saga fan and became such through a book club recommendation and hasnt looked back since. Bee suffers from insomnia and has never enjoyed it more as now she can run the site pretty much 24/7 without missing out on any of the global Twilight news.
Originally the main aim of the site was to blog about Twilight news for the Irish fans but the site has since gained an international following and is recognised worldwide. Twilight Lexicon, whom Stephenie Meyer calls 'the brightest star in the Twilight online universe' have used some of Bee's articles on their site as have Socialite Life, Gossip Cop, Showbiz Spy, Radar online and numerous Twilight related websites around the world.

Irish Twilight Fans is a fansite dedicated to Irish Fan news such as film release dates in Ireland and Irish Competitions as well as articles written by Irish writers on the Twilight saga and all Twilight Gossip.
Submissions for articles are welcome and if you join the site you will recieve occasional emails if there is any breaking news such as tickets to films being released, Twilight Actors coming to Ireland (such as when Peter Facinelli (aka. Dr. Carlisle Cullen)) came to Dublin! |
